All fences within the District are required to be stained. All homes are required to use Sherwin Williams Tycoon Brown (SW2209).  Please click below for Tycoon brown fence stain color information.

Please have your fence stained by 05/15/2024.  Covenant enforcement will begin on all fences not stained by the deadline.
